These terms apply when you use the Easy Setup website or purchase any of our services. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

Our Services

Easy Setup provides device setup assistance, configuration guidance, technical support and related digital services to help you set up and use entertainment apps on compatible devices in your home. The details of what is included in each plan are shown on our pricing section at the time of purchase.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United Kingdom to purchase our services. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

Orders and Service Requests

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the selected plan. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may decline an order, for example where we cannot verify payment, in which case any payment taken will be refunded in full.

Prices and Payments

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are the total amount payable for the plan duration and number of devices selected. Plans are paid in full upfront. Plans do not renew automatically; if you wish to continue after your plan ends, you can choose to purchase a new plan. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider.

Service Delivery

We aim to activate your service and send setup information promptly after payment is confirmed. Timescales can occasionally be longer, for example if we need further information from you. We will keep you informed if there is a delay.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, following the setup guidance we provide, keeping your account details secure and not sharing them beyond the number of devices included in your plan.

Device and Internet Requirements

Our services require a compatible device and a stable broadband connection. Performance depends on factors outside our control, including your device, home network and internet provider. We will give you guidance on recommended requirements but cannot guarantee particular speeds or quality levels on every setup.

Third-Party Apps and Platforms

Our services may involve apps, operating systems or platforms provided by third parties. Their use is subject to those providers' own terms. We are not responsible for changes, outages or policies made by third-party providers.

Intellectual Property

The content of this website, including text, design and setup guides, belongs to Easy Setup or its licensors. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services lawfully, for personal and household use only, and in line with these terms and any guidance we provide.

Prohibited Use

• Reselling, sublicensing or redistributing our services
• Sharing account access beyond the devices included in your plan
• Attempting to interfere with, copy or reverse engineer our systems
• Using our services for any unlawful purpose

Service Availability

We work to keep our services available and reliable, but we do not promise that they will be uninterrupted or error-free. Planned maintenance or events outside our control may occasionally affect availability.

Technical Limitations

Not every device, operating system version or app will be compatible. We will tell you about known limitations where we can and help you find a suitable option, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with every setup.

Cancellations

You may cancel as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. You may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of purchase, subject to the conditions explained in that policy.

Refunds

Refunds, including our 7-day money-back guarantee, are handled in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Limitation of Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Our total liability to you in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under UK law.

No Unauthorised Brand Affiliation

Easy Setup is an independent service. References to device manufacturers, operating systems, media players or third-party applications are made only to describe compatibility. Compatibility with any such product does not imply sponsorship, partnership, endorsement or affiliation with its manufacturer or owner. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or end your service if you seriously breach these terms, for example through prohibited use. Where reasonable, we will contact you first and give you an opportunity to put things right. If we end your service for reasons other than your breach, we will refund any amount paid for the unused period.

Changes to Services or Terms

We may update our services or these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in law or how we operate. The terms in force when you placed your order will apply to that order unless a change is required by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
